As a gesture of goodwill, we offer you the option to exchange your order for a different model, color, or size within 14 days of receipt.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Labels and accessories must be complete
- Exchange within 14 days of receipt
- Please contact us before returning the item
Exchange Process
Send us an email at info@viewbeyondlimits.ch with your order number and the desired replacement item. We will get back to you promptly with further steps.
Availability
If the desired replacement item is not currently available, we will inform you and you will receive your item as soon as it is back in stock. A refund is not possible in this case.
Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. We will cover the shipping of the new item.
Price Difference
If the new item is more expensive, we will bill you for the difference. If it is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Defects/Faults
The statutory warranty applies to defective goods regardless of this.
